Documentation Tool

The Documentation Tool allows you to create multi-page exercises and covers a wide range of uses. This content type is useful for questions that require a text response and have a series of steps, to have the reader create items and rate them, for revealing an answer on a subsequent page, and in any case, to allow the reader to save a copy of their work.

There are four different page types, and any combination of them can be used:

  • Standard Page: Create text and/or add empty text boxes for the reader to type in
  • Goals Page: Asks the reader to create one or more goals or other items
  • Goals Assessment Page: Asks the reader to rate the items they created on a Goals page
  • Document Export Page: Allows the reader to export their answers into a Word document

The following is an example of a series of Standard pages, with Text Input and Text elements.
